== NW.1.0 ==
In any vote held within the Council of Five the individuals who bring an issue to vote or second a vote are not allowed to vote nay.

== NW.1,1 ==
Any issue brought to vote within the Council can be revoted upon after all members who voted upon the original issue have relocated to a different position in space time.

== NW.2.0 ==
The Earth's sun is declared an Enemy of the Council of Five.

== NW.3.0 ==
The Council establishes a list of [[list_of_historial_locations:|Locations of Historical or Strategic Significance]].
